Priority reservations for Standing Appointments
No reserve fees apply if you will be away from the studio for an extended period (an extended reserve is any period over 2 consecutive weeks where you will not attend your regular appointments).
We will hold your Standing Appointment times for any absence during the semi-annual period, and you will receive make-up credit for any missed sessions. Please note, our 24-hour cancellation policy still applies.

Annual membership fee of $15 is due with first regsistration and annually thereafter.

All fees are listed at our Bronze member rate and are subject to GST.

We offer senior (65+) and family (same household) discounts off Personal Equipment Program monthly installments (upon request).

All services are non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to change without notice.

We require pre-payment for all services prior to registration or booking.

All services have a 4-month expiry date unless otherwise noted.

We prefer touchless payments. We accept Debit, VISA and MC.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Full fees will be charged for any appointments or reserved classes that are cancelled or missed, for any reason, with less than 24 hours' notice from the appointed start time. This policy is necessary due to scheduling demands and is strictly applied.
If a late cancellation is due to the sudden onset of symptoms of an illness that could be transmissible, you will have the option to request a late cancellation waiver for a reduced fee ($10 for equipment sessions and classes, $25 for private sessions). You will then retain the session, to be used prior to the original expiry date. Please request this option when making your cancellation so we can adjust your account. We appreciate your honesty and support in following this policy.
