Your Personal Equipment Program provides a customized sequence of Pilates exercises designed specifically for you. With consistent practice, you can make lasting physical changes that will benefit your everyday life, and we will be with you every step of the way.
We design Pilates programs for:
General physical fitness
Correction of postural habits
Action-specific training (sports, dance, occupational, etc.)
Pre and post-natal conditioning
Rehabilitation from chronic or traumatic injuries
Injury prevention through improved biomechanical function
We believe that the best Pilates experience includes taking ownership of your Pilates practice. You will be practicing your personal program at your own pace in a small group setting (maximum eight), with the attentive coaching of our VPC teachers. They are there to provide support with individual cueing, teaching new exercises, and answering questions.
Our format improves your ability to focus on your body, which will help you integrate the physical benefits of your Pilates program into your everyday life for lasting physical change.
We are a fully equipped Pilates studio, with reformer, mat, and spine corrector at each individual station, plus shared equipment available to build more variety and extra challenge into your program (trapeze tables, chairs, ped-o-pols, ladder barrels, tower, as well as an assortment of small apparatus and props).
Creating new movement habits requires repetition through consistent practice. As your ability to notice what is happening in your body improves, you can make better choices based on this mind/body feedback.

More practice, more progress. Our Personal Equipment Programs are designed to be repeated at least twice a week to achieve tangible results. Join our Personal Equipment Program and feel good in your body while investing in your future self.
The sweet spot. While a minimum of two sessions per week will make the program work for you, attending three times a week is optimal.
As an incentive to optimize your practice, we offer a 30% discount on your third weekly session.
Reserved time slots (called Standing Appointments) ensure you can always count on your appointment and never worry about missing your workouts or fighting for a spot on a waitlist.
With Standing Appointments, our teachers get to know you, your learning style, and together, guide the evolution of your personalized program.
We offer Standing Appointments Monday through Saturday, so choose Standing Appointments that work for your regular schedule. Life happens, so we provide rescheduling options when you need them.

Our VPC teachers work with you through this series of private sessions to ensure you are comfortable following your personal program, and will continue to support you throughout your journey.

Your progress will be as unique as you are. Our VPC teachers will continue to challenge you with new exercises as you are ready to progress.
We're invested in your success.
After you've completed ten equipment sessions, we'll book you a
FREE private session! This will allow a VPC teacher to check in with you one-on-one to make sure you're getting the most from your time in the studio and advance your program.
To further optimize your progress, we recommend you supplement your equipment appointments with private sessions every six to twelve months or as needed to update your program. More information about when to book private sessions can be found below.
