Pelvic Floor POP-UP Class

Our pelvic floor muscles play important roles, not only in (urinary) continence, but also in breathing, posture, SI joint alignment, and lower back and pelvic health. Join us to play with imagery and exercises to build pelvic floor awareness and balanced strength, and to learn to isolate and activate the pelvic floor without over-involving the big surrounding muscles: gluts, abs, and inner thighs.

Registration will be closed 30 minutes prior to the start of class.

Cancellation Policy: we have a 12-hour cancellation policy for online classes, late cancellations will not be refunded.


  • Once you have joined the waitlist, you will automatically be added to class if a spot opens up (up to 12 hours in advance).

  • To remove yourself from the waitlist, log into your Mindbody account, click My Info > My Schedule, then click Waitlist on the top right of the table and cancel your request.

Teaching staff subject to change without notice. In the event that only 1 person is registered for class, we will offer a 30 minute private session.

5-class packages - if would like to attend the same class(es) every week, you will have to sign up for each class individually.
