Experience the versatile and challenging Pilates "Wunda Chair" in a small class setting. Featuring many standing and seated exercises, these classes develop upper body and leg strength as well as dynamic core stability.

Refunds for class series will only be issued up to 3 days before series commences, and is subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
