Become a Vancouver Pilates Centre member!
Enroll in our loyalty rewards program at the Bronze Level to purchase any of the services below.
As a member, save up to 15% on most services and products.
Annual Membership $15, due with registration and annually thereafter.

Pilates Equipment Programs
VPC's Pilates personal equipment program provides a cost effective alternative to personal training.
VPC personal equipment sessions are offered to those who can commit to a minimum of 2 sessions per week. Sessions are 60 minutes in length, payable in monthly installments at a discounted rate. We recommend reserving your time slots (Standing Appointments) which can then be automatically renewed each month.

Monthly installments will be processed on the Wednesday prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle (or on an alternate date to accommodate business needs)

We do not offer personal equipment sessions on a drop-in basis.

If you are unable to commit to standing appointments, please ask us about other scheduling options.

We reserve the right to offer alternate appointments to accommodate business closures and statutory holidays.

The personal program developed for your use is the property of the VPC, and must remain in the studio at all times. If you plan to be away, and would like a version of your program to take with you, please notify the desk in advance so we may prepare this for you.

If you plan to be away for an extended period, we recommend booking a private session with advanced notice so that we can design a home program for you.

Semi-annual installments are offered twice a year. Pre-pay for 6-months of Pilates Equipment sessions (March-August and September-February) to save an additional 5% off our monthly installment rate!

CANCELLATIONS
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Full fees will be charged for any appointments that are cancelled for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice from the appointed start time. This policy is due to scheduling demands and is strictly applied. We accept email, phone and voicemail cancellations.
PAYMENT OPTIONS AND EXPIRY DATES
All fees are listed at our Bronze member rate and are subject to GST. All services are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable and subject to change without notice. Services cannot be shared or transferred.
We require pre-payment for all services prior to registration or booking.
All services have a 4-month expiry date unless otherwise noted.
We prefer touchless payments. We accept Debit, VISA and MC.
