Progressive Resistance Training
Join Kathy with a new class offering progressive resistance training (PRT) exercises targeting key muscle groups in the hips and shoulders, core and back, plus hands and feet.
Combining the resistance of therabands and magic circles with your own body weight builds strength faster to improve posture and move with greater ease in your daily activities. Register early as space is limited!
Progressions and modifications will be provided for individual needs.
All levels welcome, but not suitable for rehabilitation (without permission of teacher).
