The Chair exercises combine resistance training with the rhythm of a class setting to create a challenging whole-body workout.
Featuring many standing and seated exercises, these classes develop upper body and leg strength as well as dynamic stability in the core.
Suitable for those at an intermediate Pilates level.
Not suitable for rehabilitation.
