Join us for this Pilates Chair series, consisting of 5 60-minute classes.
The Chair exercises combine resistance training with the rhythm of a class setting to create a challenging whole body workout. Featuring many standing and seated exercises, these classes develop upper body and leg strength as well as dynamic stability in the core.
Class sizes are kept small to encourage physical distancing and to provide a more personal experience.
Suitable for those at an intermediate Pilates level.
Not suitable for rehabilitation.
