How to join VPC virtual classes

Please allow 48 hours to sign up for our virtual services so we can process your membership. Once we have activated your account you will receive a free Virtual VPC membership ($15 value) which will allow you to sign up for select virtual services.
If you require rehab exercise for acute or chronic injuries or physical issues, please contact us to book an initial private session.

Our virtual classes are available for online booking until 1-hour prior to the class start time.
Please note: We reserve the right to cancel any class with less than 3 registered attendees 24-hours prior to the class start time (you will be notified by email if a class is cancelled). Sign up early to avoid disappointment!
Sign up for a Zoom account
Create an account on the Zoom website and download the app: https://zoom.us/
Click “sign up it’s free” in the top right corner
Create an account and download the app on your computer: make sure to use the same email address that you have linked to your Mindbody account
*We strongly recommend doing a test run with friends or family before attending your first online class
IMPORTANT: you must sign up for a free Zoom account in order to join the class. We have set up some security features that require you to create a Zoom account that matches the email attached to the link we send you from your Mindbody account. You do not require a meeting ID or password.

When will I receive a Zoom link to the class?
30 minutes prior to the start of class. Once you receive the email, click on the link and you will be admitted to the waiting room. Your VPC host will admit you into the class 5 minutes prior to the start of class.
What if I am late to the class?
Class will start on time regardless of technical issues. We will do our best to let in those who are a few minutes late, but once the class begins it may not be possible to monitor class entries while teaching.
What device should I use?
For the best experience, we highly recommend having the latest version of Zoom downloaded on a computer (rather than phone or iPad/tablet). We have experienced some difficulties using an iPad.
How do I set up my screen?
You should see the VPC studio as your main screen with either the teacher or demonstrator present. If they are not, make sure to click “speaker view” in the top right corner of the screen.
How do I set up audio and video?
Once the class has begun attendees will be muted to reduce background noise and for ease of teaching. Your video is optional to be turned on.
Do I need props?
Check the class descriptions for props to have ready, and if previous experience is recommended. We suggest getting your space and props ready before class starts, and set your computer at an appropriate height (it is helpful to have a low location for mat exercises and a higher location for sitting or standing work). Be prepared for some seated, standing and lying down exercises depending on each class.
