Fees & package T&Cs

All fees are listed at our Bronze member rate and are subject to GST.

All services are non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to change without notice.

Services cannot be shared or transferred.

We require pre-payment for all services prior to registration or booking.

Class/Series Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any class or series with less than 3 registered attendees 24-hours prior to the class/series start time. You will be notified by email if a class/series you are registered for is cancelled.

Late Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hours notice for all cancellations. Full fees will be charged for any appointments or reserved classes that are cancelled or missed, for any reason, with less than 24-hours notice from the appointed start time. This policy is necessary due to scheduling demands and is strictly applied.

What if I am sick?
If you are feeling ill for any reason, please cancel your class(es) and do not plan to return to the studio until you are fully recovered. Our late cancellation fees will be waived for absences related to sudden onset of symptoms allowing less than 24-hours notice of cancellation. If you are not symptom-free by your next scheduled class, please ensure that you give 24-hours notice for any further classes you may need to cancel.

To avoid late cancellation fees, a full 24-hours notice is required to change or cancel any booked class or private session. If you need to cancel without the required 24-hours notice, and this cancellation is due to illness that could be transmissible, we are offering the chance to keep your paid packages for private, semi-private and groups intact, and instead will charge you a reduced late cancellation fee for that session. We ask for your honesty and support in this.

Online registrations

Currently, classes and some workshops are available to book online. Series and single classes within a series must be booked through the front desk.

Online registrations will be closed 60 minutes before the start of class.
Pre-registration for classes is required due to capacity limits.

  • Once you have joined the waitlist, you will automatically be added to the class if a spot opens up (up to 12 hours in advance).

  • To remove yourself from the waitlist, log into your Mindbody account, click My Info > My Schedule, then click Waitlist on the top right of the table and cancel your request.

Waitlist for workshops: If you'd like to join the waitlist for a workshop, please email our front desk to be added. You can add yourself to the waitlist online, however, the system will charge you the workshop fee to do so, so going through the front desk avoids the charge until you are confirmed into the workshop (space permitting).

Teaching staff subject to change without notice.

All classes are 55 minutes in length, unless otherwise specified.

Classes will begin and finish on time. Late entries are at the teacher's discretion - this is to ensure minimal disruptions to the class and to minimize the risk of injury if you miss the warm-up.

What is my membership level and what are the benefits?

You will begin at the Bronze level and receive a 5% discount on most VPC products and services.

After 2 years of continuous attendance (minimum 40 classes per year), you will upgrade to the Silver level and receive a 10% discount.

After 4 years of continuous attendance (minimum 40 classes per year), you will advance to the top Gold level and receive a 15% discount.

Can I attend other therapies while attending Pilates?

We recommend that you avoid scheduling your Pilates sessions on the same day as treatments such as massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, etc. If that is not possible, try to schedule your treatment after your Pilates session.

What if I am injured?

Please call ahead to discuss the best option for continuing your program. As long as your health professional has cleared you for physical activity, we encourage you to attend.  If you arrive with an injury, but still feel able to proceed, please alert our teaching staff before you begin your workout so we can recommend program modifications.
