Bookings
New to our studio? Start by creating your account.
Pre-registration for classes and series is required due to capacity limits.
-
Currently, classes and some workshops are available to book online. Series and single classes within a series must be booked through the front desk.
-
Online registrations closes 60 minutes before the start of class.
All classes are 55-minutes in length, unless otherwise specified.
-
Classes will begin and finish on time. Late entries are at the teacher's discretion - this is to ensure minimal disruptions to the class and to minimize the risk of injury if you miss the warm-up.
-
Teaching staff subject to change without notice.
-
We reserve the right to cancel any class or series with less than three registered attendees 24-hours prior to the class/series start time. You will be notified by text message if a class you are registered for is cancelled.
Waitlists
Classes
-
Once you have joined the waitlist, you will automatically be added to the class and notified by text or email if a spot opens up (up to 12 hours in advance).
-
To remove yourself from the waitlist, log into your Mindbody account, click My Info > My Schedule, then click Waitlist on the top right of the table and cancel your request.
Workshops
-
Once a workshop is full, you can email our front desk to be added to the waitlist. If you add yourself to the waitlist online, the system will charge you the workshop fee, so going through our front desk avoids the charge until a space becomes available.
Series
-
As we currently do not offer online registration for series, you will need to contact us to book or to be waitlisted for a series.
Cancellation policy
We require 24-hours notice for all cancellations. Full fees will be charged for any appointments or reserved classes that are cancelled or missed, for any reason, with less than 24-hours notice from the appointed start time. This policy is necessary due to capacity limits and is strictly applied.
If a late cancellation is due to the sudden onset of symptoms of an illness that could be transmissible, you have the option to request a late cancellation waiver for a $10 fee. You will then retain the session, to be used prior to the original expiry date. We appreciate your honesty and support in following this policy. Please also ensure that you are fully recovered before returning to the studio.

FAQs
Can I attend other therapies while attending Pilates?
We recommend that you avoid scheduling your Pilates sessions on the same day as treatments such as massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, etc. If that is not possible, try to schedule your treatment after your Pilates session.
What if I am injured?
Please be aware that it may not be possible in a group setting to provide individual modifications. If you arrive with an injury but your health professional has cleared you for physical activity, please alert our teaching staff before class begins and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are unsure about proceeding, please call ahead to discuss your options. It may be necessary to schedule private instruction before rejoining your classes.
What should I bring to class?
We are a full-service Pilates studio and will provide all props needed for class. You may wish to bring a water bottle and a light layer as the studio's fresh air ventilation can be cool during the fall and winter months.
What should I wear to class?
Stay Comfortable! Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Choose fabrics that breathe and prepare to be seen! We need to see your body alignment, so choose form-fitting clothing and avoid pants and tops that are bulky or loose. There is no need to bring exercise shoes as we encourage you to practice in bare feet. If you feel more comfortable wearing socks during your workouts, please ensure they have non-slip soles.
