Class Descriptions
Our classes are offered via three formats:
Class series
A series of progressive classes sold as a package (in-studio and virtual).
Drop-in spaces may be booked 24 hours prior to the start of a series, space permitting.
In-studio drop-in classes (60-minutes)
Weekly classes offered in-studio on a drop-in basis.
Please note, pre-registration is required due to capacity limits.
Virtual drop-in classes (45-minutes)
Weekly classes offered online on a drop-in basis.
Online registration for virtual classes closes 60-minutes prior to the class start time.
Please email us at info@vancouverpilatescentre.com to register for a class series.
Members can book in-studio drop-in classes and virtual drop-in classes from the online schedule.
