A series of progressive classes sold as a package.

Drop-in spaces may be booked 24 hours prior to the start of a series, space permitting.

In-studio drop-in classes

Weekly classes offered on a drop-in basis.

Online registration for drop-in classes closes 60-minutes prior to the class start time.

Please note, pre-registration is required due to capacity limits.

Learn the Pilates mat work safely and effectively in this Mat Fundamentals series!


This low-intensity class series will progressively teach you the fundamentals of the Pilates mat repertoire. Class sizes are kept small to provide a more personal experience.


Suitable for those with no previous Pilates experience. Not suitable for rehabilitation.

As well as opening the joints of the spine, we will also focus on how to open the shoulder and hip joints creating a sense of space, increased strength and blood flow, as well as many other benefits of this groundbreaking method.


Recommended for those with previous ELDOA™ experience. Not suitable for rehabilitation.
