Our classes are offered via three formats:

Class series

A series of progressive classes sold as a package (in-studio and virtual).

Drop-in spaces may be booked 24 hours prior to the start of a series, space permitting.

In-studio drop-in classes (60-minutes)

Weekly classes offered in-studio on a drop-in basis.

Please note, pre-registration is required due to capacity limits.

Virtual drop-in classes (45-minutes)

Weekly classes offered online on a drop-in basis.

Online registration for virtual classes closes 60-minutes prior to the class start time.

Members can book in-studio drop-in classes and virtual drop-in classes from the online schedule.

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:35 - 8:35 PM


Learn the Pilates mat work safely and effectively in this Mat Fundamentals series!


This low-intensity class series will progressively teach you the fundamentals of the Pilates mat repertoire. Class sizes are kept small to provide a more personal experience.


Suitable for those with no previous Pilates experience. Not suitable for rehabilitation.

Rejuvenate your Body with ELDOA™


Mondays at 12:30 - 1:30 PM


As well as opening the joints of the spine, we will also focus on how to open the shoulder and hip joints creating a sense of space, increased strength and blood flow, as well as many other benefits of this groundbreaking method.


Recommended for those with previous ELDOA™ experience. Not suitable for rehabilitation.

Virtual Drop-in Classes

Mondays at 5:30 - 6:15 PM


Experience the dynamic flow of the Pilates mat work at a continuous pace. This class is suitable for those familiar with the Pilates mat repertoire and will challenge those who are familiar with Pilates equipment repertoire to learn new exercises.
