Class Descriptions

Our classes are offered via three formats:

Class series

A series of progressive classes sold as a package (in-studio and virtual).

Drop-in spaces may be booked 24 hours prior to the start of a series, space permitting.

In-studio drop-in classes (60-minutes)

Weekly classes offered in-studio on a drop-in basis.

Please note, pre-registration is required due to capacity limits.

Virtual drop-in classes (45-minutes)

Weekly classes offered online on a drop-in basis.

Online registration for virtual classes closes 60-minutes prior to the class start time.

Please email us at info@vancouverpilatescentre.com to register for a class series.

Members can book in-studio drop-in classes and virtual drop-in classes from the online schedule.

Mat
Fundamentals

VPC Teacher

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:35 - 8:35 PM

 

Learn the Pilates mat work safely and effectively in this Mat Fundamentals series!

 

This low-intensity class series will progressively teach you the fundamentals of the Pilates mat repertoire. Class sizes are kept small to provide a more personal experience.

 

Suitable for those with no previous Pilates experience. Not suitable for rehabilitation.

Morning Mat
Wake-up!

VPC Teacher

Saturdays at 8:15 - 9:15 AM

 

Join us for this new Saturday morning mat class to wake up your weekend body and unwind from your week.

 

This class will be paced with a basic mat warm-up followed by a progressive sequence of Pilates mat and release exercises to jumpstart your Saturday feeling refreshed and energized!

 

Previous Pilates mat experience recommended (not for beginners).

Virtual Drop-in Classes

ELDOA™

Wednesdays at 5:15 - 6:00 PM

 

An intermediate-level class for anyone with a basic understanding of the ELDOA™ method and its unique language used to execute the postures effectively. Open the body and benefit from an overall sense of strength and resilience!

 

Previous ELDOA™ experience highly recommended.
