The VPC Celebrates 30 years of Pilates in Canada!
2015 marks the 30th anniversary of our founder, Dianne Miller, introducing Pilates to Canada. Since 1985, she has championed Pilates as safe and effective exercise for every body. Dianne is known internationally as an innovator and mentor in the Pilates field. She founded the first Pilates studio in Canada, known as the Dianne Miller Pilates Centre, now renamed the Vancouver Pilates Centre. VPC is now the largest, and most established Pilates studio in Canada today. We are internationally renowned as a centre of excellence for the Pilates Method, and also were the first to bring the Franklin Method to Canada.
Owner Mairin Wilde and her team of dedicated Pilates professionals provide a full range of Pilates programs as well as yoga, ELDOA and the Franklin Method for healthy living. Our spacious and well appointed studio is centrally located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
This year, we celebrate Dianne Miller for her passion, her generosity of spirit, and her gift of inspiration. VPC teachers are all invested in meeting the high standards Dianne Miller demanded of them in her Pilates teacher training program. She set the bar high and we are honoured every day to share her vision with our members.
