Are you new to Pilates?
We have entry level programs designed to teach you a safe progression of Pilates exercises based on your individual needs, regardless of your age, body type or current level of fitness. Our approach to Pilates can enhance an already active lifestyle, or provide the support and encouragement you need to make a new commitment to whole body health!
To register, you will need to complete a Client Profile, which will alert us if you have any physical concerns that may affect your program with us. One of our teachers will review your profile and recommend the options for beginning your Pilates experience. We can customize a Pilates program to suit your schedule and budget.
PILATES MAT CLASSES
Once you have completed at least one full series of Discover Pilates, you can attend our Mat 1-2 classes using our flexible class packages on a drop-in basis.
Discover Pilates™
This series of 8 classes introduces the basic Pilates Mat and Pilates Towel™ repertoire and provides a progressive introduction to the exercise sequences needed to attend our Mat 1-2 classes. This is an excellent choice for those who are already active and injury-free.
Pilates Equipment - Introductory Package

Discover the challenge and benefits of resistance training on Pilates equipment!
If you are new to Pilates this is our entry-level package, where we will design a progression of exercises suitable to your skill level and physical history. Each personal program includes instruction for safe and effective use of the appropriate Pilates equipment.
5 one-hour private sessions for $390 (one time only) includes:

4 one-hour private appointments for evaluation and program design (scheduled over a 7-10 day period) |
- Advancement Private Session:

(after a minimum of 10 group sessions) |
* If further private instruction is necessary before entering group sessions, our regular private session rates will apply. The Introductory package rate does not apply to rehabilitative exercise programs.
If you have previous Pilates experience it is usually possible to begin with a shorter series of private sessions. We can determine the best placement for you following your first private session.
Rehabilitative Exercise
Movement rehabilitation programs are available for those who:
- experience pain or discomfort with daily activities or exercise.
- have a history of chronic pain due to medical condition, injury or postural imbalances.
Regular private session and package rates apply (5 or 10 private sessions).
