FEE POLICIES

Registration is confirmed with full payment only.  $10.00 registration fee is due with initial payment (new members only) and annually on November 1st.

  • All fees include all applicable taxes, are due in advance, and expire within 4 months, unless otherwise indicated.
  • We accept personal cheques or cash.  We do not process electronic payments via debit or credit cards. Post-dated cheques are required for all monthly installment plans (due by the 1st of the month).
  • All fees are non-transferable and non-extendable. Fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Late payments will incur a fee increase of $5/week, for the entire payment period.

Cancellation Policy:
All appointments are subject to the following policy:
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
Full fees will be charged for appointments that are cancelled or broken, for any reason, with less then 24 hours notice.  This policy is necessary due to scheduling demands, and is strictly applied. 

NSF Cheques
Returned cheques will be subject to a $15.00 service charge as well as late payment charges, where applicable, and must be replaced with cash.

Third Party Billing
We do not process billings to a third party.  All clients are responsible for fee payment, and must seek reimbursement directly (from ICBC, WCB, private health insurance, etc.).
 

CLASS POLICIES 

Refund Policy:
Refunds for entry level class series will be issued up to 3 days before a series commences and will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Missed Classes:
Any missed classes may be made up in an alternative class (at the appropriate level) at the discretion of the teacher and prior to fee expiry date.  All missed classes must be made up by the end of the current series (i.e., there is no make-up credit transferable to a later series).

Class Packages:
Class packages are pre-paid, non-transferable and non-extendable. 


EQUIPMENT POLICIES
 

Cancellation Policy:

Make-Up Policy
If you are unable to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, you may make up a missed group appointment on the same day only, space permitting, on a non-reserved basis. Group appointments cancelled with 24 hours notice may be made up within 4 months, upon request, and space permitting.

The studio will be closed for all statutory holidays, as well as Christmas and summer holiday periods as posted.  Make-up sessions may be booked to replace missed sessions during statutory holiday closures. 

Refund Policy 
All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendible.
